Marino Braccu and Richard Sagala

Verona 7-8 and 9th of April, it was a pleasure visiting Vinitaly best wine producers in the company of Marino Braccu.

Marino Braccu is the General manager and Head Sommelier of Otto e mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong, the only three Michelin Stars italian restaurant in the world outside of Italy.

For the occasion, Marino curated a stellar choice of wineries.
